Process of Elimination
Welcome back to BBC News. Just days after the terror attack on Heathrow Airport, Russian Arms manufacturer Alexei Ivanovitch has gone missing. The alarm was raised by his bodyguard, who entered his office when Ivanovitch did not answer his calls or his knocking on the door. Police are suspecting foul play, but the scene of the disappearance is 'baffling' according to Forensic Experts. James King, the leading CSI in the case states "We are bemused by the disappearance. The only entrance to the office was the single door; and the window remained closed, unbroken and locked from the inside."
At the current point in time the disappearance has been attributed to abduction. We will have more news on the situation as it develops." -BBC News.

Report filed by Agent Colter-Stevens on 17/01/14. Intended Recipient: Major General DeViers.
Sir,
I file this report in the hope it's information remains secret until absolutely necessary. As you may be aware, I am the commander of the Clandestine Operations (CO) Division of UNIST. For the past few months, we have had reason to believe that a great many people and governments could be at risk. Of an attack, we are almost certain. When this attack may occur, we cannot be sure. To describe in brief - our heightened awareness was first raised after the deaths of four UNIST servicemen in a Chemical Factory in Iran. The belief at the time was that the UNIST Servicemen were acting as a security detail for a chemical transaction. Upon looking into the records however, we discovered that no such operation, off-the-books or conspicuous, had ever been authorised.
Shortly after that, I personally led a covert raid on the Chemical Plant in Hamadan and discovered the exact opposite of what I was expecting. The entire location was empty, derelict even. We had not been keeping tabs on ChemTech for some time, but there was no official close of the factory that we could find. Infuriated, I issued a general search warrant to UNIST Operatives working for the CO. Our search almost proved fruitless, but Private Johnson (personally recommended for decoration and promotion: status pending) stumbled upon Area 3, an overlooked storage facility owned by a puppet company of ChemTech.
We full-out assaulted the building, headed by a CQB Team on loan from the SAS. We weren't taking any chances. We found the shipment. Only there were no chemicals to be seen. Instead, we found a large stockpile of small-arms weaponry. Much of it bore the trademark of Ivanovitch Industries. I subsequently ordered the monitoring of all Flights and Sea Voyages from Russia to England in the best interests of our safety. After the Heathrow incident four days ago, I believed I was certain. Using the valuable assets that the CO commands, I had Alexei Ivanovitch murdered two days ago. My assets knew precisely what to do. Ivanovitch was still walking, talking and breathing for hours after his clinical death. I fear the police will take some time to figure out his "disappearance".
Yet, and my sincerest apologies are not sufficient, but I have reason to suspect that Ivanovitch was a red herring. At the time of filing this report, it may well be too late to prevent an attack or even to prepare for one. Still, I am focussing one hundred percent of CO's assets into tracking down the suspect. This is no longer something to be kept in the dark (at least to the military and Government). This is a Nuclear threat to the United Kingdom, and a warning must be issued immediately.
As of today, 17/01/14, CO does not exist. All information has been removed from file and all agents are officially discharged from active service with UNIST or are MIA. In a few hours time, I will lead an assault on building PA7 70 in Iran. I am certain in the assumption that we will discover a number of Nuclear weapons.
In the event that I and my team are KIA, issue a warrant for the capture and termination of one Mr Gould. Extreme prejudice is advised.
Agent Colter-Stevens.

Well Holy. Fucking. Shit. That has to have been like the longest backstory I have ever written. It probably sounds really lame but I did kind of think of it off the top of my head. And sorry for the lack of music too. I couldn't find anything fitting or long enough. I feel I'm coming close to the ending of this substory, with Agent Colter-Stevens and the elusive Gould (as mentioned in a few of Christian's builds). As always, group members have been tagged.

This scene is a continuation of this one.
