And welcome back to BBC News. We'll be taking a look at France and how it plans to prevent terrorism but first we have a breaking news story. Approximately one hour ago, an armed gunman opened fire on bystanders in Heathrow Airport when a Police Officer insisted on checking the man's bag. According to our sources, the gunman shot and killed the Police Officer with a sub-machine gun identified to be a model of the MAC-10, a firearm that is commonly used by armed criminals, thugs and gang members. At this point, two UNIST servicemen became aware of the commotion, and moved towards the gunman, ordering him to drop his weapon and surrender himself to them. The gunman proceeded to open fire on the UNIST servicemen with wild arcs, hitting and wounding at least ten bystanders. The two soldiers retaliated and successfully incapacitated the gunman, shooting him multiple times in the torso and legs. The gunman, who's name has not been disclosed, was taken into custody. Reports at this time are so far unclear, but the casualties have been numbered at five, with another twelve people seriously wounded. We'll have more on this story as it develops.

Agent Colter-Stevens: I'm telling you, this shit is connected.
Agent Scaife: You're going crazy man. How, in any way is the shooting connected to this deal with ChemTech?
Agent Colter-Stevens: Allow me to explain. We tracked the ChemTech shipment to Area 3, right? Guess what we found.
Agent Scaife: Uhh, I don't know. Chemicals?
Agent Colter-Stevens: Weapons. We found crates and crates of guns. And not the cheap Avtomat crap either. It was military grade hardware - H&K, Colt; all manner of small arms.
Agent Scaife: So? We've got some junkie that feels good for plundering a few boxes of surplus from an Army depot and decides to hide said weapons in the crates of the shit they've just sniffed.
Agent Colter-Stevens: No. The most numerous weapons bore the trademark of Ivanovitch Industries. You know that shady Russian arms dealer? He trades his wares in person, and he is very careful that they don't fall into "the wrong hands".
Agent Scaife: You haven't told me how this is related.
Agent Colter-Stevens: That gunman? His identity wasn't revealed to the public, but I have ways of knowing things. He was a Russian male in his late twenties. His passport identified him as one Vladimir Blonsky. And he was carrying a letter from none other than our good friend Ivanovitch.
Modern Conflict is back, and it's about to go ballistic. This is a continuation from my last Modern Conflict build, and adds yet another confusing part of the storyline. Who is Ivanovitch? Is he responsible for the strange happenings in ChemTech? Who are the weapons being supplied to?
All may (or may not) be revealed in due time. In the meanwhile, keep up with Christian's builds for Modern Conflict, and you may discover enough to start working out the answers for yourself!
I've added the members of Modern Conflict, active or not.
