It was built by Wingrove and Rogers Ltd. of Kirkby, near Liverpool, who were the succesors to British Electric Vehicles Ltd. of Churchtown, Southport. It is works number C6765/1963 and is now residing at the West Lancashire Light Railway, where it arrived in May 2016. Previously, it was at Llechwedd Slate Quarry Tours, Blaenau Ffestiniog.
