Buyer negotiated it down to $17! Strategy: first tell her that market price is only $50. After she conceded, then say that most people give away baby/kids stuff away when their kids outgrow it. It is part of the family karma thing in Palo Alto. Seller immediately offered her minimum price of $17. She said is she sold lower, she might as well keep it to store her stuff in!
