This is speeder from the new Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer.
Director, Rian Johnson has confirmed that this is a speeder from the planet Crait, where a old rebel base once existed. Crait is a red mineral planet covered in salt, the hook on the bottom of the ship is digging up the red dust as it flies by.
The build itself was very interesting to make. The trailer had just under 6 seconds of blurry video for me to use as a guide, so as hard as I tried, I am fairly sure there are some significant inaccuracies that I made. As far as I know however, this is the first version to ever be made out of LEGO, so I have that going for me even if the build isn't perfect.
