45593 at Hellifield station. 2nd October 1966

Under very gloomy skies, BR 'Jubilee' class 45593 'Kolhapur' coasting into Hellifield station, Yorkshire on its journey from Leeds to Carlisle on Oct.2, 1966. This was a portion of the Stephenson Locomotive Society's "Pennine Rail Tour" from Birmingham to Carlisle and return. 45593 was in charge for the Leeds-Carlisle-Manchester portion.
