Keyser Reliable Wire & Cable, INC. occupied this building for over 15 years. Over the years the building was home to a machine shop, a manufacturer and as an auto repair facility. It’s one of those buildings I’ve walked by on the way to school. Driven by 100’s times. Sat beside it many times waiting for the light to turn green. But, I never thought to photograph it in the 70, 80 or 90s.
In the mid 2000’s a green canvas awning stretch across the full width of the building. The building was up for sale in 2017-2018. I can’t recall exactly when the partial demolition begun but almost ¾ of the front of the building was torn down.
Dialysis Care Center opened in Evergreen Park around 2019 or 2020 (?). A large parking lot was added in front for patients.
