Rationale:

This fact is about the annual salary earned by college-education person. Based on the different amount and different age for male and female, I separate the page into three side. One for the same content between male and female in this fact, one for male and one for female. Since the amount and age for male is a bigger number than female, I make the make male's side bigger than the female's side.

 

At top of this picture, I put the same content with grey colour to separate the content with male and female. I use the blue background colour to represent the male and pink background colour to represent the female. I use white colour for the content in this two areas. I made the amount and age much larger than other content to let audience easily catch and understand the different between male and female.

 

I add two icon to represent the male and female for audience easily catch which side is male and which side is female.
