This is another augmentation to the homeless person's begging bowl on Otto Braun Strasse. He (or someone else) has added a huge heart cushion under the 'collection plate', as well as a big teddy sitting to the side of the table (wearing a nappy for reasons which remain mysterious) see previous photo.
