Just Lean Your Head 45 Degrees To The Right...

I got this bruise at the inner side of my left thigh from a small bicycle accident. And to my surprise it turned out to take this shape the next day. The shape is not photoshoped at all. I just increased the contrast and saturation a little to make it more prominent.
