Sneak Peek

On my way in from birding I saw this fella alongside the road but was no way I could get stopped to shoot him. By the time I got up the road to a place I could turn around get back he was gone. So I went down the road a short ways to turn around again. I turned into a trail and started back up to turn and this guy steps out in the trail. This is the only shot he gave me where he was looking at me.

He went across the trail and into the brush again. So back in the truck I got. Low And Behold another smaller bull crossed in the same area. No Shooting.

First bull I have seen in a couple weeks.

Bow season for moose starts tomorrow and rifle season on the 20th for a month.

Both of these guys should be safe as they are not carrying legal racks.
