Harem section
The harem section has a large blackenend kitchen and a dining area, still with its roof intact. Next to it are two charming circular bathrooms, one hot, the other cold. On the cliff edge all around the palace are the long thin harem bedrooms, 14 in all, each with its fireplace at the end and its window overlooking the valley.
In the centre of the harem you'll find the superbly colonnaded feast room, with mirrors in the blind arches so that the harem women could partake of the feast but not be seen by the guests of the pasha.
