This outfit was to include a jacket. I had taken the jacket in weeks earlier to be altered to fit me better. I was hoping to pick it up two weeks prior to this picture. Each time it was not ready. I figured this time I would pick it dressed as Mandii. Still was not ready. Two weeks after this it was finally ready, but have not had a chance to try it on yet with this blouse and skirt.
