Power Suit Lex, Flight Suit Lex, "Killing Jason" Joker, Bane concept, Mr. Freeze update

The Bane concept is a design I'm 100% unsure of, so I want people to give their honest opinions on it.
Mr. Freeze is a simple update. I gave him the '06 head because about a month ago, I received the old Freeze, Penguin, and Nightwing I had bought.
