I was completely dumbstruck when I saw this; it was like something out of a warzone! More to the point, I've never heard of a UAZ (thanks to MattLikesCars and Kevin Miller for confirming the make and model!) and there's nothing on Google in relation to it. Whatever it is, it's been here since new and was recommissioned earlier this month after 8 years off the road judging by the MOTs. The MOT mileage history is all over the place, mind.
