Desde hace varios años teníamos una deuda pendiente con el Dolmen del prado de Lácara, por fin después de varios meses ansiosos por salir, pudimos volver y disfrutar de esta joya. Nos encontramos con un sepulcro, un monumento megalítico en el centro de Extremadura, de los mejores conservados de la Península Ibérica y que llama la atención nada más verlo. Su construcción está datada entre el 3000 y 4000 antes de Cristo, y desde este punto de vista podemos observar la cámara mortuoria y la única piedra vertical de la misma que se conserva entera, lo que nos puede dar una idea del tamaño total del monumento. También podemos ver el inicio hacia el corredor y la parte superior del mismo. Si a todo esto, le unimos un mogollón de estrellas, tenemos una combinación perfecta.
En esta época del año, ya a finales de Junio, hay que darse prisa porque la Vía Láctea se eleva rápido, la planificación previa es fundamental. Fueron necesarias 21 fotografías para formar la panorámica, cada una de ellas con 15 segundos de exposición y una iluminación constante en todas ellas, a ISO 2500 y f/2.0. For several years we had a pending debt with the Dolmen of the Lácara meadow, finally after some months anxious to get out, we were able to return and enjoy this gem. We find a sepulcher, a megalithic monument at the center of Extremadura, one of the best preserved in the Iberian Peninsula and that is striking when you see it. Its construction is dated between 3000 and 4000 BC, and from this point of view we can see the burial chamber and the only vertical stone of it that is preserved entirely, which can give us an idea of the total size of the monument. We can also see the start towards the corridor and the top of it. If to all this, we add a lot of stars, we have a perfect combination.
At this time of year, already at the end of June, you have to hurry because the Milky Way rises fast, advance planning is essential. 21 photographs were necessary to form the panoramic, each one with 15 seconds of exposure and constant lighting in all of them, at 2500 ISO and f/2.0.
