We Survived The Frost
Top row: Shasta Daisy (Leucanthemum superbum 'Ester Read'), Wild Violet (Viola papilionacea), Fringed Bleeding Heart (Dicentra eximia).
Middle row: Strawflower (Bracteantha 'Sundaze Flame'), Zinnia (Unknown variety), Blanket Flower (Gaillardia x grandiflora 'Goblin').
Bottom row: Ice Plant ( Delosperma 'Cooperi'), Brown-eyed Susan (Rudbeckia triloba), Laurel (Prunus laurocerasus ‘Otto Luyken’).
We had our first frost Sunday night. It was very light, but some of the plants "bit the dust". These managed to survive. The violet and the Laurel shrub are oddly blooming out of season.
