Mercedes F200 Imagination Concept - 1996

With the F200 Imagination, introduced at the 1996 Paris Motor Show, Mercedes tested new ergonomic concepts. Small sidesticks in the doors and center console replace the steering wheel and serve as an early example of the drive-by-wire technology. The active suspension of the F200 is coupled with an electronic dynamic handling control system.
