BMW Vision EfficientDynamics Concept - 2009

The BMW Vision EfficientDynamics is a four-seater sports car with a futuristic and dynamic design, forward-looking engine technology and efficient consumption levels, which opens up fascinating prospects for the individual mobility of tomorrow. An extremely low consumption three-cylinder turbo diesel engine is combined with two separate electric motors on the front and rear axles. The power storage unit is charged from a conventional mains socket. The emphatically technological, sculptured appearance of the vehicle reveals a consistent lightweight construction, sport-oriented design, and optimized aerodynamics. The BMW Vision EfficientDynamics combines the future of Sheer Driving Pleasure with responsible sustainability.
