This workshop was open to anyone needing to go beyond generic planning tools to understand how a business really worked under the hood.

 

The Business Model Canvas is often described as a one-page business plan. It's a visual sensemaking tool consisting of nine components that make up the basic building blocks of any business.

 

No matter what stage of the business people were in, the Canvas is a helpful problem solving tool.
