Before departing for Pella, the crews is putting together 1673 and 302. This day, the crew was Howard Tuttle, engineer, Dick Atwell, conductor, and Jack Chambers, brakeman. Howard retired before the IAIS started, but the other two gents went on to work for Iowa Interstate.
