T.A.H. MK XXIX "Halberd" Ground-to-Air Assault Hardsuit

Developed near the end of the war, the T.A.H. MK XXIX "Halberd" was designed as medium range artillery to support the Marine infantry. This hardsuit was a direct response to the Separatist Army's various aerial threats- and was capable of withstanding heavy direct fire and dishing it back. Most commonly armed with heat seeking "hot round" plasma missiles and a six barreled 52mm cannon, most targets never knew what hit them.

MK XXIX pilots loved the new bubble canopy as it provided much more visibility than the viewscreens on previous hardsuits. The canopy itself was a feat in engineering- it was comprised of a (formula still classified) clear composite armor that was protected the pilot just as much as the standard plate armor.

The introduction of the Halberd (and it's far-reaching payload) to the battlefield instilled a deep fear into the hearts of Separatist pilots.
