The 7th of December 2025 saw First cease operation to Maidenhead.
In this photo from January 2021, one of the buses most associated with the longstanding Maidenhead to Heathrow 75 service - the Mercedes-Benz Citaro, is working the 'orange' route 4 to Heathrow Central on the A4 Bath Road in Cippenham.
At this time it was one of the last Citaro's remaining at Slough, and route 4 had been extended to Heathrow again after being cut back to Slough in the major network change of 2016.
This bus transferred to First Midland Red (Worcester) just days later, and was withdrawn there early in 2024.
