McDonald's USA Chef Jessica Foust, RD, alongside Chef Aaron McCargo, Jr., Chef James Tahhan and Chef Dale Talde, prepared one-of-a-kind dishes featuring McDonald’s USA quality ingredients, for guests during a chef event dinner at Three Sixty° in New York City on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013. Chef Foust prepared Slow-Cooked Beef with Blueberry Pomegranate Sauce and Mac Fry Gnocchi featuring the 100% USDA inspected beef ground for the chain’s hamburger patties, McDonald’s Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie base and McDonald’s World Famous french fries; in addition to a Pumpkin Spice Biznut featuring McDonald’s biscuit mix and Pumpkin Spice Latte flavored syrup.
