Wine evaluation

Wine is my forte, and I love teaching all about viticulture and viniculture. I like to teach from "the farm to the fork", by first explaining terroir, vineyard location, varietals selection, pests and diseas, harvesting, fermentation and maturaion. Then finally evaluation, food matching and comparing.
