Art

Digitized with Negative Lab Pro

Taken on my Yashica Mat 124G with TMax100 120 film on March 23, 2013. Developed at home with D76 for 9:30 at 68 degrees F. Scanned with my DSLR (Nikon D5200) at F8 using a 35mm lens with an extension tube of 12mm.

I've been practicing for a few weeks to see if I could get the DSLR scan thing working for me. I'm still pretty clunky at doing it but it's getting better. 120 film certainly digitizes better than 35mm and I'm still working on getting my camera level and reducing blur. It looks easy in the YouTube videos but it's a lot harder in real life!

Having said that, I do like the way the images turn out as opposed to scanning on my Epson V500. I'll keep practicing and hoping that the process gets easier and smoother.
