1964 Ford F-100

Texas truck

Built for the '83rd Build Challenge…Only In America!' but submitted in the '84th Build Challenge...LUGNuts Turns 7…or 49 in Dog Years!'

As I ran out of time to take photos and submit my creation for the actual challenge, I was quite lucky this challenge was up next.

Built for and used by the masses, the Ford F-100 would have to be one of the best trucks ever designed and built (although some Chevrolet fans would argue this is not the case). This particular model is based on the 1964 F-100...one of my personal favourites. Although the model isn't entirely accurate, I think it turned out alright.

Please note that I am in no way trying to stereotype Americans as 'chainsaw-weilding-pyscokiller-redneck-cannabilistic-hillybilly-maniacs that dump body parts in the back of of classic American Fords'. But American films I have seen tell me otherwise.

Please enjoy.
