GIBRALTAR: Voices to save Humbug Marsh are clear (1998)
Making negative news for several years was the probability of Humbug Marsh, then the last remaining free wetland and natural area along the Detroit River between Detroit and Toledo, being developed into a 410-house complex with retail and a golf course. This idea was proposed by a new developer, Made In Detroit Inc, which had no completed building projects to its name. This building, in Trenton on the corner of Jefferson and 5th Streets, shows the prevailing opinion. (Kevin Harrison collection)
