5 Flash Test - Fuji X20
Testing lighting capability in a similar sized room to one that will contain an event I'll be trying to photograph next week. This test room is nearly as large, but is also somewhat brighter than the event facility. Still, I was able to get this at f5.6, ISO 400, 1/400th, hand held, shooting in the black with no lights on.
4 of Yongnuo 560 II, each with 8 AA ancillary battery packs, on 10 foot light stands in the corners of a 45 foot square, at half power + 1/3, and aimed at a white sloped ceiling about 3 or 4 more feet above. 1 Fuji EF-42 on a 7 foot rolling tripod stand into a 43 inch reflecting umbrella at 1/16 power from about 12 feet away, and tilted down about 30 degrees more or less, aimed more towards the car than not. All 5 on manual, fired by PT-04s triggered from the X-20's hot shoe. So, its a relief to have a couple of stops of aperture headroom, and some "spare" power available in the "fill" light.
