There is a 3L bar thru the middle holding the two 1x1 round studs with holes together. It also sticks out a bit at the bottom making it spin nicely.
It drove me nuts assembling it the first time since it kept falling apart before i could but the second small dish on.
But the second time round it was easy since I figure out a technique to hold it all together with my big fingers.
