Catastrophe, disasterous, humiliating and to think it was only 99 years since we had to sign a treaty in Paris after loosing to another group of colonials. Will we ever recover - NO! Even worse than loosing on penalties!!!

Answer. Played just north of Philadelphia between the USA and Canada. I don't know who won but if it was the US we'd never have heard the last of it!
