The teacher made a card for each participant. We were given the choice of activity/focus area and acknowledged this by placing our card in the appropriate slot. This was intended to give us more responsibility for our actions by providing an element of choice.

She also modeled the behavior she desired, then she coached us through the behavior. Overall, nice idea
