Insecurity

Part of my project titled identity. This image explores feelings of insecurity through someone who is ashamed of their appearance.

 

This image was inspired by Gillian Wearing in which I developed her idea further by writing the feelings and emotions of the model across their body in order to establish the basis of the insecurities felt.

 

Having been accustomed to the emotions and actions of those with illnesses such as anorexia and low self esteem due to my relationships with people who suffer with these issues, I found this section of my project very intriguing to undertake.
