Two years and a day after I had first shot the IANR during the day I returned to get a shot that I have thought about ever since. MABU works south to Butler past the classic Rockford Depot. This was my third and final shot of the night, capturing three different EMD models leading three trains. This wait was by far the coldest I have ever been for a night shot, with hands stinging and wind being channeled down between the buildings and wind chills hovering at -13 the wait was long and worth it.
