I'm reading this book right now and I really, really love it!! Anyways, it got me to thinking how even the things you love the most, the things that bring so much light into your life can sometimes make you feel the worst if something goes wrong just because of how much it means to you. Like with this quote, the main character values his friendship with Dorian Gray so incredibly much that when Gray doesn't treat him so well, it really damages the way he feels because he thinks about every moment and move he makes when they are together.
On a happier note, I am incredibly excited! I just found out this week that I got accepted to the University of the Arts summer program! So I get to spend my summer in Philly making art and learning on a college level, I am soooo PUMPED! (and a little nervous) Hope Spring is going well for everyone, its definitely the best season:)
