Yet another gem hidden in the rough. This is Fort Dodge Des Moines & Southern 40 foot boxcar 12259. Part of the FDDM&S today is the line that Boone & Scenic Valley runs on. This could be quite a display piece, but today is hidden to rust away at the museum, “out back” in the weeds.
