United States Navy Grumman C-2A Greyhound 162178
The Navy plans to retire the Grumman C-2A Greyhound from the carrier onboard delivery mission by 2024, to be replaced by the CMV-22B Osprey. The Osprey is an impressive engineering accomplishment and offers the Navy a lot of advantages, but in my estimation compared to the old Grumman it's just a little lacking in charisma.
