Festive F-Unit

Metro-North Railroad (MNR) F10 locomotive 413 is seen on display at the Danbury Railway Museum, adorned with festive lights for the holiday season. The locomotive is a former Gulf, Mobile & Ohio F3A that was rebuilt for passenger service in the late 1970s. Eighteen such F3A rebuilds (and one F7A rebuild) that joined the Metro-North roster as F10s.
