Lo-V Nostalgia Ride
On Sunday, the NY Transit Museum ran its "Centennials and Cemetaries" Nostalgia Ride from Grand Central to celebrate to 100th anniversary of the opening of Woodlawn station. The train consisted of the Museum's four Lo-V motor cars, some of which turned 100 last year (hence the "Centennials" in the name of the event!).
Here we see the four-car train trundling down the Jerome Avenue line with the Kingsbridge Armory looming in the background.
