Another great shot of the '58 Walter from David's collection. Here you can clearly see the plow set up including the belly plow.
Sadly, that old 240 HP Waukesha engine had set up so the truck was no longer in running condition by the time of this 1992 auction. I remember the ballast box had broken loose while they were pushing the truck out from building 5 to the auction line. If you look close you can see it has shifted forward.
In the background is the Town of Eaton's 1970 Walter which I have pictures of in my "Misc NY municipalities" photo set here. Also back there are Madison County cars- 1981 Ford Escort, 1983 Plymouth Horizon and one of two 1985 Dodge Diplomats for sale that day.
