'The Last Pint'

Last year I popped into an old haunt of mine, The Angel pub on Crosswall, London EC3. Last week I walked down Crosswall to find the pub bulldozed. There had been a pub here since the 1780s. Apparently, housing and a restaurant will be in its place. So it really was the last pint here ever.
