Finsbury Circus 22/03/10. Contractors for Crossrail took over 3/4 of the site on March 1st. The former Bowling Green area will be used as a construction worksite for the development of Liverpool Street Crossrail. Works are expected to remain in place for seven years and following the completion of Crossrail, the site is to be "restored" to its former state. The Bandstand area has extra benches and I don't think it will be affected apart that is from the noise!
