Fresh developer.

Silver bath after heavy maintenance.

 

I poured the maintained bath by accident into an empty developer bottle.

Normally there will be some alcohol and some acid in your bath, the only thing that is never in there is ferrous sulphate, and I thought well maybe it's not to bad.

That was wrong, it took me a week of sunning and a lot of filtering to get it clear again. A good silver bath looks clearer than water.

Iodized it and acidified it, it works very fast and gives some fog, another few drops of nitric acid and it will be allright I think.
