Fort Aniola oder auch Engelsburg
Das Werk III – Engelsburg – wurde mit Gräben und Wällen in Form eines Fünfecks angelegt. Im Zentrum wurde ein stufenförmiges Backsteinturmgebäude errichtet, das seinen Namen von der ähnlichen Form der Papstburg in Rom hat. Im Obergeschoss wurde ein Beobachtungs- und Befehlsstand für die gesamte Befestigung Swinemündes eingerichtet.
Fort Aniola or Castel Sant'Angelo
The third fortification - Castel Sant'Angelo - was built with ditches and ramparts in the shape of a pentagon. In the centre, a stepped brick tower building was built, which takes its name from the similar shape of the Pope's castle in Rome. On the upper floor, an observation and command post for the entire fortification of Świnoujście was set up.
