Happiness and sadness

Time after time while you're boating through the city you may see these smily people around, wich cat wave you. I don't know who they are, wether locals or tourists.. But it is so unusual to see the simple, openminded and happy people around and that is considering the fact that there are crouds of annoying tourists each weekends
