Alter Egoz Iphonography
Today I am going to teach...
Today I am going to teach you about the app Magicshutter. It takes patience to learn, but you can PAINT WITH LIGHT. it is an app that leaves the shutter open. So, in total darkness, that tiny red light on your cable box becomes a paintbrush. Swing a lot lighter in front of the camera to paint with fire. This pic was three light sources. Red cable box light, blue alarm clock numbers, and my wife holding a lighter. I suggest shooting the light then turn off the shutter to "burn" it into the image. As you see in the pic the amount of light and proximity changes the burn in, so daytime use is not advised. Play around with it, incorporate it into your work... Enjoy, MAGIC SHUTTER!!

abstracters_anonymous: Happy to do it. Did I forget you? My apologies. My husband and i just went on vacation and came back to open our new shop the next day. Its been a bit hectic!
seththethird: Badass! I'll go check that out
drzuum: Radical! I use slow shutter myself and have been thoroughly engaged by it. If this is half as good as that I'll buy it in a nanosecond. Actually it's the most artistically impressive app I own. Should check it too. Chrz4ideaz:)
tynez_: Sweet.. You da man
3horse: Wow - that's one app that somehow passed me by... Thanks so much for the welcome & lucid info bro! Great example pic too! ✨✨
