alteregoz: @ike_dodge thank you for your compliment. I don't remember exactly as I edit in a frenzy, hopping back and forth from app to app. But I believe the apps used were camera+ toonpaint, pixlromatic, and blender to layer in the "futuristic" texture

 

alteregoz: @barryohara once again smoke and mirrors. Base toon, colored blue, added a filter that was technical/robot looking.
