Old Ironsides Turnaround

On Friday, October 20, 2017, the U.S.S. Constitution (Old Ironsides) had its first turnaround cruise in three years due to being in drydock for repairs.
She left her berth in Charlestown near the Bunker Hill Monument and came out to Castle Island (Fort Independence) under tug power, turned around, delivered a twenty-one gun salute which the fort returned.
