Routing of pipework to avoid cutting excessive chunks out of the carcass. A pet hate of mine is seeing a butchered kitchen unit just cos the plumber is too lazy to work it out. Not the use of joints to bring the pipework into the unit. Also useful on the waste pipe as a means of access should it need roding.
