The story of layers

How unbelievable one's creativity can get, is beautifully inscripted in the art of quilting all around the world. Using the border threads of a torn woven sari, the women of bengal started quilting all sorts of motifs on layers of torn saris. This piece, older than my parent's generation is rather modern!
